The Millenium’s Clothing Craze: Velour Tracksuits

Modern fashion sees trends come and go regularly but some manage to become staples by being popular for a long time. Denim jeans are the most notable trend turned staple in recent decades. The newest trend which is proving that it has staying power is the velour tracksuit.

Unlike other trends, shops continue to stock velour tracksuits season to season. It has enjoyed seasons of popularity in the past however this time they have been around for a couple of years already. This is an age in the fashion world.

Celebrities were the first to bring velour tracksuits into the mainstream. Britney spears dressed her bridesmaids in custom stitched pink velour tracksuits. Then footballer’s wives took on the trend during international competitions.

On the high street they have become popular with everyone. They combine comfort and style which makes them a favourite. But you need to make sure that the tracksuit you wear is made of good quality velour. When it is washed it should keep its shape. Also; you do not want the colour to fade during washing. If the material is less than the best the tracksuit will end up looking more chavvy than stylish.

If you do not want to look like mutton dressed as lamb, adults should stick to darker colours. Avoid any pinks, greens and light blues. Navy, dark grey, brown and black are flattering.

On the other hand, children look brilliant in bright colours. Some parents struggle with finding clothes for their daughters which are comfy and practical whilst being stylish. With a velour tracksuit you combine all three. Children like wearing them because they are so easy to pull on and get off before and after swimming and other popular activities.

So with this in mind, take a look at tracksuits offered by different retailers. Some will be better quality than others. If they specialise in velour clothing you are on to a winner. The tracksuits should be reasonably priced, do not pay over £60 for a tracksuit otherwise you are paying for the trend and not the clothing. Spending too little on the other hand will leave you with a shoddy piece of clothing.

Passarella Death Squad—Not Your Simple Fashion Wear

Passarella Death Squad UK :

Most people in the UK enjoy the look of modern fashion as it gives them a sense of being connected to current trends. Due to this, stylists and designers all over the place are trying to come up with products that will ultimately be dubbed the latest trend and gain widespread appeal. Marketplace designs like Nom De Guerre attract a targeted crowd, while another brand is attracting its own following. Passarella Death Squad takes original ideas and designs only Passarella could come up with to produce a shirt that’s uniquely theirs.

Passarella Death Squad :

London fashion experts Emilie Albisser and Danny Broddle envisioned putting together a succession of unforgettable. This meeting of the minds resulted in Passarella Death Squad clothing. On top of this, Passarella clothing is actually hand-constructed in London. Meanwhile, they’ve expanded their line to include cardigans and other attire. Yet Passarella is not merely confined to clothes alone. A number of designers such as Filippa K have included a certain media awareness to balance their clothing line, Passarella goes even further—they have a heavy metal band with the same name which adds a real zing to their promotional style.

Passarella Death Squad :

With all that said, you’d probably assume this isn’t your average, traditional design – and you’d assume right. Passarella t-shirts are not for the faint of heart; the imagery is quite risqué. Some clothes involve women in a shocking pose alongside or inside a Disney silhouettes. There are other saucy little pictures, like undressed (or barely dressed) women caressing a popular attraction like the Eiffel Tower. Clearly, these clothes are targeted towards a daring, contemporary audience who isn’t intimidated by crude humor.

Undoubtedly, Passarella Death Squad creates a new form of art that a younger UK generation can embrace if they dare. Passarella might indeed be where the flavor of good clothing design is headed.
