What type of underwear is preferred by men most, briefs or boxer shorts?

The revolution in fashion has made various changes in men’s underwear.
Periodically there is a different spin put on the design of mens underwear trying to create something new. The only way to them apart is by the way it fits the individual. The more body hugging underwear are briefs as they are generally smaller. Boxers are considered to be floaty and much cooler when they are worn. The is no clear winner between briefs or boxers when it comes to a mans preference. Many feel that briefs are sexy and help define a mans figure. Some men opt to wear briefs because they are more traditional than boxers. Not every one likes the way boxer shorts fit. The more conservative men tend to choose boxer shorts and also those who find discomfort from tighter fitting underwear. There are plenty of reasons for some men to choose boxers while other prefer briefs.

Which of these two will be beneficial to mens’ fertility has recently been in dispute. There are those that feel that tight briefs will cause a large amount of heat. A lot of brief patrons have shifted from their usual underwear because they say that heat can cause infertility. One other reasons is that wearing briefs could prevent the penis from moving. Regular movement and exercise had been reported to aid penile stimulation and erection. A study shows that sperm sterilization could happen with a sudden increase in temperature of the testes. Infertility will be reached in the man when the heat destroys the sperm cells. As part of the experiment, males were told to put on briefs and boxers. The variance in temperature of the testes was the primary factor when using a brief or boxer short. The answer to the question about briefs releasing heat was just an olds wives tale. Briefs do not generate such amount of heat which can disturb the balance in men’s reproductive organs.
No differences are identified with regards to the temperature of the testes by wearing undergarments and a boxer short. Plus, the decision on whether to wear boxers or briefs does not effect a man’s fertility. So, there is absolutely no medical justification in favor of choosing boxer shorts rather than briefs.

If you prefer to wear briefs, don’t panic; if you wear boxer shorts, you have no reason to argue. Also make sure to check out SizeGenetics or Jes Extender to make sure you’re in shape.

The choice between a boxer short and a brief should not be influenced by fertility concerns, as facts show. Style and comfort are considered as the main factors in best underwear selection.

Actually, the design is the most important thing to consider when making a decision.

Designer Men’s Underwear – Silk Boxer Shorts Get Silkier

Can you recall when boxer shorts just use to be boxer shorts and all there was to range of super fine fabrics, which gives them a super soft and silky second skin feel to them.

It seems that men are no longer content with any old fabric and underwear manufacturers are rising to the demand and are producing a much larger range of boxer shorts that incorporate the latest technical fabrics. HOM fashion are even producing a range of underwear called ‘Light Colours’ made from fabric that have an anti bacterial property to it and fit like a second skin with silk like feel.

So what is on offer and what is causing the demand? There are trunks, boxer shorts, maxis, boxer briefs and hipsters to name just a few. However, what does seem apparent is there is much less of what we regard as the traditional boxer short. Much, if not 90% of what is marketed as boxer shorts nowadays is almost certainly going to incorporate a degree of lycra that produces a snug and close fitting pair of boxers. These seem to be one of the most popular styles of underwear for men and it appears that this is largely because of the fantastic degree of support and control that they offer men in the ‘giggleberries’ department.

Fabrics have evolved considerable and the choices available and used for ladies lingerie is now being used widely in men’s underwear. There are some particularly great technical fabrics and micro fibres that have all the properties that are idea for the active male and sportsman. These not only offer support and control, but have cooling qualities and an ability to wick sweat away from the skin.

What ever your preference there is a broad choice of underwear for men that are labelled as ‘boxer shorts’. Take a look at what HOM Fashion has to offer at to see how far styles have come. Men can choose from fitted trunks that sit low on the hip, have a short square leg, are made from lycra, polymides, super soft next generation cottons that are almost as fine as silk and in a choice of colours as broad as the spectrum.

For the first time, mens underwear does truly look to have narrowed the gap between the choice of fabrics available in lingerie for women and what is now available for men.
